Launch the Recorder

Click the Launch Recorder button to open a compact floating pop-up in the bottom-right corner of your screen. This widget is your control center for the entire AI Typist workflow.

The pop-up contains three controls:

Mic Button

Three distinct modes to control your microphone:

OFF StateMic is inactive — left-click or right-click to activate
Left Click → In-house MicActivates built-in system microphone.(Green color + Square Box)
Right Click → External MicActivates mobile mic by login with same credentials on the mobile site. (Yellow color + Square Box)

Square Box Button

Expands the widget into full layout mode — giving you the complete AI Typist interface with all panels visible.

Cross (×) Button

Closes the Launch Recorder pop-up entirely.

New Report Button

Clicking this starts a fresh report or resets the content of any existing one. You can also toggle AI Typist ON by sliding the toggle button to the right.

Select Test & Report Template

Before dictating, configure the report by selecting the correct test type and an appropriate template. This ensures AI Typist generates a structured, specialty-accurate report every time.

Test Name

Choose the imaging or clinical test type from the dropdown — CT, MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound, PET, and more.

Report Template

Select a template matching the chosen test. Templates define the structure AI Typist will use when generating the report.
